What’s up y’all!? My name is Joe Longa, and I'm here to share my journey from the depths of panic attacks to becoming a certified Awakened Breath Breathwork coach, cold plunge enthusiast, life coach, and Reiki II healer.

Over a decade ago, anxiety had me cornered, making leaving the house an Everest-sized challenge. Sweating buckets, knees practically dripping, convinced each moment could trigger a heart attack. The doctors offered a future filled with pills, but that was a hard no for me – a potential path to addiction with history of drug use.

Then came a pivotal moment that changed everything….
