The Power of Breathwork

Ancient cultures and civilizations used their breath as a means of conscious control over how their bodies responded to stress. They did this naturally and instinctually due to the lack of distraction from natures natural order over our bodily processes. Over the centuries this incredible technology that is available to all of us has gone on somewhat of an autopilot existence. This is due to the high level of distraction in today’s daily life resulting in our breath not serving its full potential.

Fortunately, there are folks out there in the world like me who have rediscovered the magic we all possess, and we are teaching others to reconnect with the life force energy that powers their body, mind, and spirit. The Breath!

Our lung capacity is directly correlated to our lifespan. Doing these forms of breathwork is a workout for our lungs. They expand the lungs capacity to hold in air and as a result the body rejuvenates its innate ability to heal itself.

    Dynamic breathwork is an activation technique created by my coach Ben Holt. It is inspired by the Wim Hoff technique. The purpose for this breath is to boost the immune system in our bodies, cultivate healthy and sustained energy for our day, as well as prep for meditation. It's also for those looking for a way to use the body's natural process for a healthier and happier mind, body, and spirit.

When this happens we can heal parts of ourselves that have been stuck in our subconscious for a long time, sometimes since childhood.
